The plug-in new interfaces appear on a document of your draft space if the 3 following conditions are validated :
The plug-in is correctly installed (to learn more, please check Installation and update guide )
The plug-in is activated (to learn more, please check EDMS set-up and customisation )
The document page has a depth that is higher or equal to the minimum depth entered in the settings
The DCM status
Thanks to Document Manager for Confluence, you can publish some versions of your documents in another Confluence read-only space.
The documents can thus be in three different DCM status :
The page has never been published
The page has been published, and has no modification since its last DMC publication
You can publish the page with Comala, and after refreshing the page, the text and icon of this change will change :
The green icon is dedicated to the pages that have already been published once.
The page has been published and new modifications have been done to the document since its last publication.
If you edit once again the document and return to the document view, this text and icon appears :

The version number
After you create your document for the first time, the text in front of the version number icon is “Version EDMS automatic”.
If you click on it, it will change to give the initial version of the document.
When the page is refreshed, this number will change depending the times it was published or edited to match with the naming rules you had set up. For example, after the page is edited once with the usual versioning system, the new version number is shown :
