The master page is complementary to the EDMS history of the plug-in. It shows information of each document current state and can be sorted specifically.

 

To visit the master page, just click on the button dedicated to the master page in the “Apps” section in the menu column (maybe you will have to click on “Show all”)

 

A table appears on the screen, like this :

The different columns are :

  • The name of the page with a link to it

  • The EDMS Version of the current document based on your versioning

  • The Confluence Version of the page, i.e. the number of times the document was published with Confluence, not with DMC

  • The name of the document based on your naming rules

  • The current Comala status of the document

  • The date of the last publication of the document in the publication space if the document has already reached the “published” status

  • The name of the published page in the publication page if the document has already reached the “published” status, with a link to it

Above the table, there is a search bar, allowing you to look for a particular document or a bunch of documents with a common element of the table.
